Refunds or Cancellations

Our standard policy is not to refund tickets under any circumstances, other than if the event is cancelled. However we will exchange tickets or issue a credit note voucher for an alternative performance or production. External hiring companies will have their own terms for refund and exchanges. One such exception is for Mostly Comedy events - tickets are not refunded or exchanged under any circumstances, even if the line-up changes. Tickets can be sold on through the theatre, but no money will be refunded to the original purchaser. You can contact the box office by replying to your booking confirmation.
